Career Design Mentoring

I help you design careers that align with your values, strengths, and purpose and support your well-being. For that, I use coaching tools and individual assessments based on solid research from the world’s largest organizations.

Workshops and Talks

Scientific research in academia or industry requires collaboration between different minds to help find solutions to pressing global challenges. I help scientists and teams develop collaborative skills to create a healthy, structured, and productive research environment.

Partnerships

If you are aligned with the values of collaboration, leadership, and career for the scientific community, maybe we can co-create something together. We can collaborate in organizing events, articles, or larger projects focusing on the STEM community and researchers.

Professional Recommendations

Jadson built a train of thought about the job market and balance between personal and professional life that opened my eyes to details I had never seen. From the first day, I changed my routine and mindset according to what I learned from him, and I started to manage my time and tasks better. Today I feel more comfortable choosing a job that truly reflects who I want to be. Thank you for your kindness, attention, and excellence, Jadson!

Without a doubt, this course had a great impact on the person I am today! Through mentoring, we learned a lot about the existing tools necessary for the development of soft skills and for the assertive outlining of our dreams and goals. All of this helped me see the possibilities I have to transform my professional and personal life. I would like to thank Jadson for supporting people’s development and for dedicating himself wholeheartedly to this mission.

Thaís Rigoni, PhD

I was able to discover Jadson’s talents, in particular, in creating a powerful and vibrant collaborative research environment for his peers. Jadson not only demonstrates great leadership and creativity but also empathy and humility, which are proving to be the most important skills for leaders in turbulent times. I was very honored to collaborate with him to further spread my passion for global collaboration, and I hope that we will have many opportunities to work together in the future to pursue the cultural revolution that our world needs.

Julie Guegan, FRSA

Jadson is one of the most generous people I’ve met. And he brings that to the professional environment. Always open to dialogue, collaboration, and innovation. I always learn something new because he is always learning and sharing knowledge.
